CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Ingredients

MUFFIN
2 units Eggs
58g Sugar
66 g Strong flour
2,5 g Baking powder
E.Q. Lemon flavouring
50 ml Oil
17 ml Cream
50 g Chocolate ganache

CHOCOLATE GANACHE
30 ml Cream
20 g Dark chocolate

PREPARATION
CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
Mix the eggs with the sugar and start whipping. When it is emulsified, add the cream, the oil and the lemon flavouring. Then, add the dry ingredients left and, lastly, the ganache.
Dose the mixture in the containers and put it in the oven. Preheat the oven at 200ºC to bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes.
Before putting the mixture in the oven sprinkle some sugar all over it.
Chocolate ganache:
Melt the chocolate, add the warm cream and emulsify until obtaining a shiny look.
